Harlow, Waltham Abbey, Loughton, Dunmow, Stansted, Epping, Saffron Walden, Bishops Stortford, Chigwell, Ongar, Haverhill, Buckhurst Hill, Abridge, Uttlesford.

• If you wish to speak to the West Essex CAMHS team, please call 0800 953 0222 (option 1 then option 4), available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. 
• If you or a young person you know is in need of more urgent help or advice, please call our Crisis mental health team on 0800 995 1000 - our crisis team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  
• If you or someone you care for is in danger of harming themselves or others please contact emergency services on 999.
