Supporting families with children aged 5-12 years
At HENRY, we believe that a healthy, happy childhood doesn’t stop at the early years. As children grow, so do the challenges of parenting.
The Healthy Families: Growing Up programme is designed specifically for parents and carers of children aged 5-12 years, offering practical tools, strategies and support to build healthy family routines, improve emotional well-being and create positive habits that last a lifetime.
